It all started with healing my gut.

A few years ago, I decided things needed to change. I was exhausted all the time, I couldn’t think straight because of all the brain fog, and it was starting to effect my work and relationships.

At this time in my life, I was not only working full time, I was a full time grad student and planning a wedding. My diet was decent but I was stressed and overwhelmed.

I started learning what foods I loved that also loved me, found workouts I love, I worked on decreasing my stress, and I started working on my mindset. I took it one step at a time, one day at a time. I didn’t see progress for a long time, but then suddenly I did. I had more energy, clarity, and I felt GREAT!

I’m not going to lie, it’s taken me years to get to the place I’m in today. Nothing worth having is made overnight. Healing takes work. Healing takes failing and wanting to quit. But the failure is what we learn from and that is where we grow. 

If I can do it,
so can you!
